The 3D Printer goes off in 2 seconds after getting charged by the Fiber Optics, after which all four Fiber Optics charge The Boulder, which goes off in 4 seconds. The second SMG and Metronome haste the first SMG so it goes off once per second. The Boulder had the deadly enchant, though I still needed some luck to get it to crit every time, especially with it having only one ammo. I had a lot of luck with skills, but most of them ended up not mattering, except Juggler. I pivoted a lot this run, from Weaponized Core, to Flamethrower, to Yetarian Club, before settling on The Boulder, which was generated by a Temporal Navigator.
