Holsters haste the Dive Weights and other burn items. When the Dive Weights goes off, the Fiber Optics quickly charge the Soul of the District, and gives it nearly 100% crit chance when it fires. The Void Energy skill also charges shield items whenever you burn. I have the Fiery Narwhal and Lighter as two small and fast burn items, which charge the Soul of the District since it is my only shield item. Shiny Piano gives multicast to adjacent items. I put the Lighter on one side to charge a bit more and the Soul of the District on the other side for safe measure
