Heavy Quicksilver turns into a second Yo-yo, then both Yo-yos loop, while also triggering Poppy Field, which charges Primordial. Sands of Time helps with slow, which also triggers Thick Hide. The Yo-yos do most of the damage, though Primordial can give a big damage burst. This build is susceptible to slow/freeze though.
