Slow Stelle 10-3 Build #615 Legend – Zevox

I’ve had weird luck with Stelle’s slow builds – I’m usually offered her slow payout items (Steam Hose and Lightning Rod) or her slow items on a run, but almost never both. So when I had the chance to actually try Steam Hose slow burn this run, I jumped on it. And a couple of days later I beat the Dragon and got its skill, and knew this had to go the distance with that. Finally landed on this: tons of slow and haste to keep my build going and the opponent’s crawling, and the Steam Hose scales off every slow, every medium item use, and gets crit from every slow. So I was barbequeing opponents awfully quick with a couple thousand burn by the end. Admittedly the Flycycle isn’t doing too much in this final build – it was more important in an earlier version of the build where I had Headset providing a bunch of haste, and needed to reload the Flashbang – but Sirens needs a second vehicle for full multi, and I did not find/can’t think of a better one for the slot.
