The Adrenal Converter and Rapid Injection System are used to trigger as many self poisons as possible and build up regen. Staff of the Moose gives weapons damage equal to our regen which makes the Obsidian Spider Mace scale damage quickly. The Optical Augment is used to give us a fast start with the instant haste trigger from the Adrenal Converter and gives 100% crit chance to Spider Mace. Earrings and Spider Mace tend to be my favorite item to put next to Rapid Injection System.
