“Five Seconds Until Perma-SlowFreeze”. All of the items except Wand had a Feather (Gold) applied to them. Tomb of the Ancients had Turbo, giving everything Haste after 6 seconds thanks to the Wand. Earrings had Deadly, giving Crit-eligible items 100%+ Crit pretty quickly. The skills made it all even faster, triggering a Freeze on the first Slow, Burn, and Poison and then Tomb, Slate, and Sands heaped on the SlowFreeze.
