Rocket Launcher Dooley 10-2 Build – Xavoir

The entire builds revolves around the skill “snowstorm” which gives a weapon 60+ damage when you freeze an item. This combined with multicast causes every freeze to increase the damage of Rocket launcher by 180. Crows Nest provides sustain via lifesteal, Z-shield provides freezes and reduced cooldowns. Launcher core isnt necessary in this build but provides counter to slow and freeze which is always nice.
