The key to the run was really the assortment of really low-cooldown small items that let me charge the weaponized core to quickly scale the damage of weapons on the right side of the core, plus the core itself. The early run made use of pulse rifle, but once I came into power drill, I naturally converted to it. Depending on the strength or likely build of my opponent, I had a stash of substitute small items to swap in if needed (healing, slow, haste, etc.). Had I gotten radiant on the drill slightly earlier, this would have been a perfect run.
