Monitor Lizard charges BLU-B33TL3, which freezes and buffs Ice 9000. Charging Station uses Monitor Lizard to charge Launcher Core even more, which then charges Monitor Lizard with Fiber Optics. Normally, Monitor Lizard to the left and Launcher Core to the right is better, but I wanted to put Monitor Lizard next to the beetle and to the left of Charging station, so I used the reverse.
