Patch Notes 5.1 – Balance Updates for all Heroes

The new Patch has been live for around a week, and now we have finally gotten the first Balance Updates. It features changes for items of every hero, but you can clearly see that the most significant changes were made to items of the new Hero Stelle. (Source)

GENERAL CHANGES

  • Mandala now spawns on day 6+ (was day 4+)

VANESSA

  • Butterfly Swords
    • Now properly has 2/3/4 multicast as intended

  • Incendiary Rounds
    • Fixed an issue where it was showing at the wrong merchants

  • Rowboat
    • Fixed a tooltip issue with Deadly Rowboat

  • Stealth Glider
    • Fixed an issue where this would remove damage reduction even if the source of the damage reduction was not Stealth Glider

STELLE

  • Flare Gun
    • Fixed an issue where it was targeting already flying items

  • Pressure Heater
    • Fixed an issue where the Obsidian version would damage the wrong player

  • Balloon Engine
    • Cooldown to 4 seconds (was 6)

    • Burn to 2/4/6/8 (was 3/6/9/12)

  • Bird Cage
    • Fixed an issue where it would trigger off of both players’ Flying items stopping Flying

  • Grabinator
    • Tooltip updated to say it destroys enemy items

  • Hang Glider
    • Cooldown to 5/4 seconds (was 4/3)

    • Damage to 100/200 (was 125/250)

  • Hangar
    • Adjusted implementation of Shiny which was bugged to give 3s CDR to the following:

      • This has +1 second Cooldown increase and decrease.

  • Private Runabout
    • Starts at Silver

    • Damage to 50/100/150 (was 150/200)

  • Lightning Butterfly
    • Changed to “Your Flying Weapons gain +[–/10/15/20] Damage for the fight.” (was 10/20/30)

  • Observatory
    • Starts at Silver

    • When you use a Flying item, Charge this 1/2/3 second(s). (was 2/3)

  • Parachute
    • Changed to “When your items start or stops Flying, this gains [–/10/15/20] Regen for the fight.” (was 10/20/30)

  • Wrecking Ball
    • Cooldown to 22 seconds (was 20)

    • Charge 4 (was 5)

    • Damage to 20%/30% (was 30%/40%)

    • Tooltip updated to say it destroys enemy items

  • Ni-Kola
    • Charge amount changed to 1/2/3 seconds (was 2/3/4)

  • Hammer
    • No longer passes on its enchantments on sell

    • Starts at gold

  • Drafting Table
    • No longer passes on its enchantments on sell

  • Sky Anchor
    • Starts at Silver

    • 50/100/200 Damage (was 100/200)

  • Pressure Heater
    • Starts at Silver

    • Adjacent Burn items gain +[–/3/6/9] Burn for the fight. (was 5/10)

  • Weather Machine
    • Starts at Silver

    • 2/3/4 items start Flying. (was 2/4)

    • Freeze an item on each Player’s board for 1/2/3 second(s). (was 1/2)

    • Slow all items for 1/2/3 second(s). (was 1/2)

  • Wrench
    • No longer passes on its enchantments on sell

    • Starts at Gold-tier

    • No longer reduces Core CD

    • Fixed an issue where Burn removal wasn’t working
