- Corrected an issue where players could hit a softlock where the exit/reroll buttons are missing after encounter selection
- Merchant Discounts
- Merchant Discounts are now 25% off (instead of 50% off)
- Merchant Discounts have a higher chance of occurring
- Valpak now always sells discounted items (also at 25% off)

- Corrected an issue where Insect Bite and Valley Fever were not spawning from this encounter

- Updated the Rating calculation formula so that the Rating Changes are the same for all Ratings above 1080
- This effectively removes the “cap” of 1090 Rating
