My first time using Oblivion Cannon after its nerfs, and it is still good, just needs more support to get it going fast than before. I transitioned into it late because my earlier build was falling off and I didn’t think I could save it, and was not disappointed, as once I had the build running, it ran roughshod over builds that would’ve destroyed me before. Just hard to fight back when your items don’t exist anymore. Once/if Parts Picker finishes its job, the Cannon has cooldown of 3 seconds and is being perma-hasted by the Drone, whose cooldown is 1 second, so functional cooldown of 1.5 seconds without slow/freeze; things didn’t last long after that (and sometimes didn’t even get that far).
