A radiant oblivion cannon had it’s cooldown reduced by ice luge, which would let it destroy the opponents board quite quickly. Multiple freezes on the opponent’s board gave it time to get going. I also had the ice breaker skill which is crazy with stopwatch and hot springs by having the freeze duration on all my items.
