With Snowstorm and Nullfrost Altar, every freeze gives 30 damage to Drill. Shielded Monitor Lizard procs Nullfrost quickly and gets its shield buffed. With the procs from the other items, Turbo Drill can loop. I got Burning Rage early in my run from Tiny Furry Monster and scaled Drill with that, but pivoted to freeze after getting Nullfrost and having already gotten Snowstorm from the monster skill trainer.
