Heavy Energy Potion, Shiny Rainbow Potion, and Dart Launcher apply slow to charge Femur. With Goggles, Femur gets to 100% crit chance quickly, and the Shielded enchant helps against burn opponents. Holsters is especially important, since the build only really starts when Heavy Energy Potion goes off.
