Fruit Press is good now, it turns out – that buff back in December to reduce its cooldown to 5 seconds was big. Slap it on a board of small, fast foods, preferable including some haste (I had turbo noodles on this board in addition to the butter), and it’s viable even early on. Later you really want to make it either very fast or have a very high base damage so it doesn’t need to go off much, which is what the Veggie Garden and Dishwasher here are for. Even with only a couple of foods destroyed it becomes a one-shot with those buffs. Just be careful with Veggie Garden, as it is a food, so you want it as your rightmost food if at all possible so the Press doesn’t lose its buff. Radiant enchantment on the Press is pretty good too, since slow and freeze can really ruin your day when you’re counting on a single item like this, especially when you get down to this few active items.
