Fruit press and Dishwasher together make fruit press triple instead of double its damage in every use. Combine this with the huge base weapon damage from Veggie garden, Fruit press can almost guarantee lethal in the 2nd hit. The build is consistent: fruit press itself is a decent engine in mid game, and once you find either dishwasher or veggie garden you can pivot to this endboard. It’s also pretty cheap because item level is insignificant. Silver press and gold large items are all you need, and once you have them all, you can prioritize buying skills and max hp build-up via farmer’s market.
