First time going to the crash site which gave me a silver obsidian cove, which I upgraded later using bootstraps and then a Pyg event to upgrade a property. I basically just focused on selling as many things as I could so went for chocolate and gum balls every time they came up. In the end the build was basically just the cove and balcony, which gave it double value in combat. It also had 60% crit chance so was critting often.
