Oni Mask build with Heavy Anglerfish. Holsters is especially strong with two small burn items. Pesky Pete actually did the most burn damage, the CDR that comes from upgrading him helps. Most of the crit comes from skills. Using Gunpower on Shot Glasses helps if you can’t upgrade it.
