Proc as much haste frequency as possible to proc Arbalest damage increase. Ice pick can be substituted for any tool (captain’s quarters synergy) I chose ice pick for the freeze. Crit chance skills/boosting helps steal wins. Try and enchant Arbalest with a defence enchant like Shielding to buy time to ramp up.
