Shiny Revolver was my starting enchanted item, so I put permanent damage buffs on it, such as from Likit, and focused on getting Pistol Sword and damage buff skills. On the expedition, I got the Obsidian enchant relic and put it on Pistol Sword. Turbo Incendiary Rounds hastes adjacent items when used, giving Shiny Revolver permahaste. I made a mistake in placement- Dive Weights should be between Shuriken and Bladed Hoverboard for the 1 second cooldown reduction.
